These terms apply to this website and to services provided by LizzyVerse (Olubunmi Elizabeth). Projects booked through Upwork are also covered by Upwork’s terms.
Quotes and scope
Prices on this site are starting prices. Each project gets a written scope and fixed quote before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed in each quote. Monthly management is billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
Third-party platforms and fees
Services use third-party platforms such as Twilio, Telnyx, Meta (WhatsApp), Retell AI and n8n. You own these accounts and pay their fees directly. I’m not responsible for outages, price changes or policy changes made by these platforms.
Carrier registration
A2P 10DLC, toll-free and WhatsApp approvals are decided by carriers and Meta. I prepare submissions carefully based on experience, but I can’t guarantee approval or approval times.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for having consent to message your contacts, honouring opt-out requests and following the laws that apply to your messaging (such as the TCPA in the US).

To the extent allowed by law, my total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.
